Terms and ConditionsConditions of Sale Guarantee: All works of art offered for sale are unconditionally guaranteed to be as described and absolutely authentic. A detailed bill of sale will accompany each purchase. Payment: Payment may be made by check or with your American Express card, Visa or Mastercard. Pennsylvania residents will be charged appropriate sales tax. Please contact us if you need help to place your order. Shipping: A minimum charge of $15 will be added to U.S. or Canadian orders for shipping and packaging of art and antique items. All items may be sent via FedEx, UPS, or US Priority Mail; as appropriate, unless other arrangements are made. International shipping will be via FedEx or DHL air service. Clients will be notified of exact shipping, packaging and insurance charges prior to shipment, and prior to charging your credit card. In the case of items from our Home and Gift section of our website—if multiple items ordered can safely be combined to save you shipping and packing costs, we will do so, and notify you to effect a credit. Return Policy: We offer a refund of the purchase price (less shipping costs) if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Items are to be returned at the customer’s expense in the same condition as sent within 15 days of receipt. Kindly notify us before returning an item. A credit will be applied to the same credit card account that initiated the transaction. If that account is unavailable a check will be mailed to the verified address of the customer effecting the return. We welcome your questions and comments. All items are subject to prior sale. With respect to items sold by Lisa M Reisman et Cie and Lisart.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our database may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If an item's correct price is lower, you will get a nice surprise.
